Reservation Policies
Special periods (Christmas, Easter, special long weekend, etc.)
- 50% at the time of booking
- 100% balance to be paid 30 days before arrival
High Season (Jul-Aug and Dec-April)
- 50% 15 days before arrival
- Balance pending at check-in
Low Season (May-June and Sep-November)
- Payment at the time of check-in
Special periods (Christmas, Easter, special long weekend, etc.)
- No refund, no credit. The advance deposit and the final payment are NOT REFUNDABLE and NOT TRANSFERRABLE
- The modification of a reservation is considerated as cancellation and new reservation. All the cancellation policy applys
- It is not possible to pay the balance of an apartment by the deposit of another cancelled apartment
- Missing of second payment at the established date implies cancellation of booking with no refund of advance deposit.
High Season (Jul-Aug and Dec-April)
- Cancellation 15 days before arrival date: full refund, no charge. no penal fee
- Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival date: 2 nights penal fee
- The modification of a reservation is considerated as cancellation and new reservation. All the cancellation policies apply.
Low Season (May-June and Sep-November)
- No cancellation fee
Modifying a reservation is equivalent to canceling the old reservation, with all the penalty fees that may apply, and to reserve a new reservation with all the reservation policies of the new reservation.
Early departure after check-in equals cancellation of unused nights and all cancellation rules apply to canceled nights.
General information
The above rates are per apartment, per night and include breakfast buffet and all taxes
All apartments have:
- terrace or balcony furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor dining, sofa and hammock (except Studios)
- living room with fully equipped kitchen (except Studios)
- rooms with air conditioning
- safe, ceiling fan, satellite TV, telephone and ADSL Internet connection.
The extra people, in the apartments where it is allowed, pay a supplement of US $ 35 per night and are accommodated in single sofa prepared as a bed. They are recommended for children as they are a bit smaller than a standard bed (cm 185 x 80)
Each apartment is used with existing beds (and sofa). We do not have extra beds.
