Reservations & Payments

To secure your booking at Hotel Alisei, deposit requirements and payment schedules vary depending on the season:

Special Periods (Christmas, Easter, Holidays, etc.)

50% deposit required at the moment of reservation.
100% full balance is due 30 days before arrival.

High Season (December - April)

Full payment is due directly at check-in.
If the reservation is guaranteed by credit card, no charge will be made upfront, but a 1-night penalty fee applies in case of late cancellation (14 days or less prior to arrival).

Low Season (May - November)

Full payment is due directly at check-in. No advance deposit required.
