These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our digital platforms (aliseihotelspa.com, m.aliseihotelspa.com), our direct online reservation engine, our pre-arrival online check-in portal, and any inquiries or digital services provided by Hotel Alisei.

By browsing our website, initiating a booking, or utilizing our online services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, Reservation Policies, and Return Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our digital services.

Acceptable Use & Digital Security (DevSecOps)

Our website and online systems are provided solely for personal, non-commercial, and lawful purposes related to exploring accommodations, dining, spa treatments, making genuine reservations, and completing guest registration. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Deploy, transmit, or inject any malware, viruses, trojans, worms, keyloggers, or destructive code.
• Conduct unauthorized vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, fuzzing, or security bypass attempts against our servers, firewalls, or databases.
• Engage in automated data extraction, web scraping, bots, crawlers, or screen scraping of room rates and availability without prior express written authorization.
• Execute denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, automated form flooding, or actions that degrade server availability or bandwidth for other users.
• Transmit unsolicited commercial messages (SPAM), speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations, or impersonate any individual or entity.

Online Bookings, Rates & Payment Terms

Direct reservations booked through our website or our certified booking engine (e-GDS) constitute a binding contractual agreement between the guest and Hotel Alisei:

• Rates & Currencies: Room rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) or Dominican Pesos (DOP). Mandatory Dominican taxes (18% ITBIS and 10% legal service charge) are clearly itemized during the booking flow.
• Reservation Guarantees: A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee or deposit according to the selected rate plan.
• Cancellations & Modifications: All cancellation terms, penalty windows, no-show fees, and refund criteria are strictly governed by our Reservation Policies and Return Policy.
• Payment Gateway Security (PCI-DSS): All card transactions are processed securely through certified, encrypted third-party payment gateways. Hotel Alisei never stores complete credit card numbers or CVV codes on local systems.

Pre-Arrival Online Check-in Portal

Hotel Alisei offers an online check-in service (checking-online.html) to expedite your arrival process:

• You warrant that all information submitted—including legal names, passport/national identification numbers, nationality, contact details, and vehicle information—is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Completing pre-arrival online check-in does not waive the mandatory requirement under Dominican Republic tourism laws to present physical, original identification documents (passport or cédula) and the credit card used for payment upon arrival at hotel reception.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on this website—including but not limited to texts, logos, brand assets ("Hotel Alisei", "El Loro Restaurant"), architectural photography, suite imagery, videos, custom graphics, source code, and design system elements—is the exclusive intellectual property of Enjoyce, S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No part of this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, downloaded, distributed, or transmitted in any form without prior written consent from Hotel Alisei.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is of paramount importance.
