Cancellation Policy: High Season (December - April)

• Cancellation 15 days or more before arrival date: full refund, no charge, no penalty.
• Cancellation 14 days or less before arrival date: 1 night penalty fee.
• The modification of a reservation is considered as cancellation and new reservation. All cancellation policies apply.

Cancellation Policy: Low Season (May - November)

• No penalty fee: full refund, free cancellation at any time.

Cancellation Policy: Special Periods (Christmas, Easter, Holidays)

Applies to Easter week, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and special holiday periods:

• Always 100% penalty: no refund, no credit. The advance deposit and final payment are NOT REFUNDABLE and NOT TRANSFERABLE.
• The modification of a reservation is considered as cancellation and new reservation. All cancellation policies apply.
• It is not possible to pay the balance of an apartment by utilizing the deposit of another cancelled apartment.
• Missing the balance payment at the established date implies cancellation of the booking with no refund of the advance deposit.
